EXTERIOR When commissioned to design a renovation for her childhood home which had been
sold to new owners, two things mattered, maintaining integrity of the original house
and selecting a contractor to bring this vision to reality. We added a 2nd floor with
balcony to soak in the water view; we added an addition at the rear of house with
a new deck, replaced all the windows and installed new siding.
INTERIOR Added three bedrooms, two new baths, two remodeled bath including master bedroom
suite bath, and a walk-in closet with built-in shelving. A new gourmet custom kitchen
with granite tops complimented by a custom builds seating area to enhance views of
the garden was installed. We also upgraded entire heating and air-conditioning system.
